She can weave when stressedshe doesn’t like another horse close behind when riding out she threatens to cow kickruby is a cracking mare confirmation wise, nice and compact with good bone lovely to ride, good in traffic but will look at noisy pick up vans, never shot off or jumped out of the way she just jogs and raises her head at most, can be fidgety to mount but once on she’s fineshe can chuck the odd buck but it’s not to get you off and it is literally the odd oneteeth done, back checked, unvaccinated, passported and chipped1 bay tb mare 12yrs old sadly for sale due to loss of grazing and needing to cut downgood with farrier, does need sedation for dentist purely because she moves around quite a bit but otherwise fineshe’s one you can pull out of the field from six months out of work and hack out she’s never sillybased off junction 28, m1not so good stuff (but not terrible)good to catch and loadshe has a small fleshy bump on her left knee from weaving in the past but does not effect her in any way, it’s where she’s stood sideways in the stable and banged her knee on the stable door when weavingthis reflects her price at £i’ve kept her barefoot but when in regular work i’d have fronts on heri haven’t jumped her yet i’d planned to have last season on her but due to covid we couldn’t competeso i can’t say if she jumps or not yet but will try her shortlyrides out alone or in companyprefers to live out, good with mares or geldings, currently lives in a decent mixed herd and prefers company

My intention when i bought this horse over a year ago was to keep her for life but unfortunately circumstances have changedteeth and physio donehas competed to elementary level dressage with old owner but iv only done novicetia is better in company with the trafficalso had a suspensory injury years ago that was operated on and physio and she has been back to jumping with no problemstack can be arranged at extra costtia cut her leg last year and it took a while to heal hence she has a lump on her front leg but this doesn’t affect hergood with other horses in the fielda real fun horse but not sold as fantastic in large trafficgrumpy faced mare but that is tiatia is good to load, excellent to catch shoe and stabledoesn’t look her age at allher hatred has now grown to large delivery vans which go up and down our road like they are possessed!!! tia will spin round and won’t pass them until they are stationary so my confidence is knocked for hacking alonei bought her knowing she hated bin lorries and tractorstia never bucks in open spaces and always snaffle mouthed at fun rides, jump clinics etc

I was wondering if anyone on here knows of my old mare apparently she was sold to someone around the manchester area(whether she is still here or not i don’t know) she is a 16she is a hot mare that just wants to get on with her job so not everybody’s ride and the likely type to get passed aroundshe is around 8 years old now ()! she has a white mark on her back left leg and is passported as a dark bay but she is more back in winter until she gets the sun on her back in summer! due to personal circumstances i sold her in and she was sold on in october to someone near manchester airport1hh sports horse with cool diamond breeding on a green book, her name is ruby but unnamed on her passport so this could have been changedhowever she is very loving and has such a great character! i hope this is okay, any help would be much appreciated as i would just like to see how she how she is getting on as this horse meant a lot and if it wasn’t due to the circumstances i faced i wouldn’t of ever sold her! i still have the breeding history and microchip number saved so if anyone has any information please please let me know! read more
