So i can’t say if she jumps or not yet but will try her shortlyprefers to live out, good with mares or geldings, currently lives in a decent mixed herd and prefers companythis reflects her price at £1 bay tb mare 12yrs old sadly for sale due to loss of grazing and needing to cut downi haven’t jumped her yet i’d planned to have last season on her but due to covid we couldn’t competeshe has a small fleshy bump on her left knee from weaving in the past but does not effect her in any way, it’s where she’s stood sideways in the stable and banged her knee on the stable door when weavingrides out alone or in companyruby is a cracking mare confirmation wise, nice and compact with good bone lovely to ride, good in traffic but will look at noisy pick up vans, never shot off or jumped out of the way she just jogs and raises her head at most, can be fidgety to mount but once on she’s finenot so good stuff (but not terrible)she doesn’t like another horse close behind when riding out she threatens to cow kickteeth done, back checked, unvaccinated, passported and chippedgood to catch and loadbased off junction 28, m1good with farrier, does need sedation for dentist purely because she moves around quite a bit but otherwise fineshe can weave when stressedi’ve kept her barefoot but when in regular work i’d have fronts on hershe can chuck the odd buck but it’s not to get you off and it is literally the odd oneshe’s one you can pull out of the field from six months out of work and hack out she’s never silly

Tia is better in company with the trafficmy intention when i bought this horse over a year ago was to keep her for life but unfortunately circumstances have changedtia cut her leg last year and it took a while to heal hence she has a lump on her front leg but this doesn’t affect heri bought her knowing she hated bin lorries and tractorsgrumpy faced mare but that is tiahas competed to elementary level dressage with old owner but iv only done novicea real fun horse but not sold as fantastic in large trafficgood with other horses in the fieldteeth and physio doneher hatred has now grown to large delivery vans which go up and down our road like they are possessed!!! tia will spin round and won’t pass them until they are stationary so my confidence is knocked for hacking alonealso had a suspensory injury years ago that was operated on and physio and she has been back to jumping with no problemstack can be arranged at extra costdoesn’t look her age at alltia never bucks in open spaces and always snaffle mouthed at fun rides, jump clinics etctia is good to load, excellent to catch shoe and stable

I was wondering if anyone on here knows of my old mare apparently she was sold to someone around the manchester area(whether she is still here or not i don’t know) she is a 161hh sports horse with cool diamond breeding on a green book, her name is ruby but unnamed on her passport so this could have been changedshe is around 8 years old now ()! she has a white mark on her back left leg and is passported as a dark bay but she is more back in winter until she gets the sun on her back in summer! due to personal circumstances i sold her in and she was sold on in october to someone near manchester airportshe is a hot mare that just wants to get on with her job so not everybody’s ride and the likely type to get passed aroundhowever she is very loving and has such a great character! i hope this is okay, any help would be much appreciated as i would just like to see how she how she is getting on as this horse meant a lot and if it wasn’t due to the circumstances i faced i wouldn’t of ever sold her! i still have the breeding history and microchip number saved so if anyone has any information please please let me know! read more

Blackjack is an 8yr old 161 dark bay gelding who retired from racing in march and was retrained as a hacking horse which is when i then purchased him novemberhe is perfect to ride on the road whether it is in company or alone and is good to do for vet, farrier and dentisthe currently lives out 24/7 in a mixed herd but is also more than happy to be stabled (especially when it’s throwing it down down rain) my reason for selling as that he needs a more experienced rider when it comes to open fields / spaces as he gets excited and can throw in some funky moves which i personally can’t handle as i don’t bounce like i used to which i discovered recentlyhe must go to an experienced home and references will be required £ with all tack, rigs and scoot boots or £ without ovno he can come with a saddle company saddle, acavallo gel out seat saver, a acavallo opera stirrups, bridle and scoot boots for his rear feet and rugsin he sustained a nasty kick in the field which means that sometimes he can get stiff on that leg but he has years of hacking and the odd dressage competition he can do if that’s your preferred choicehe is up to date with teeth, feet, vaccinations and physiohe does have 1 sarcoid under his belly but this doesn’t cause him any pain or discomfort and i am using a natural way to remove ithe is barefoot but does use scoot boots boots for hacking on stoney ground but is fine on flat road surfacesskell gill (blackjack) it is with heavy heart that i have come to the decision to sell my lovely boy who i’ve had since he retired in

He is good for the farrier, dentist, vet and osteopathhe is shod all round and is up to date with vaccines and the dentisti have had miller for 4 yearshe had some sarcoids removed using laser removal at the beginning of march this year that are healed now and are not affecting his ridden work in the slightesthe is a competition horse so he is not suitable for a novice as he enjoys the higher level of workhe does jump nicely however i haven't done much of this with him so is lacking confidence but once he has popped a few he is one that will jump anything you point him athe is turned out in a mixed herd of 20, is good in and out the stablewith tack read morei took him to an eventing camp last summer which he really enjoyed and we had a grate timehe did also qualify for stars ridden showing championships in the hunt horse class last year however we didn't go due to work commitmentshe really enjoys cross country but again i haven't done loads of this with himhe used to be a hunt horse before i got himwith me he has been doing mainly dressage and he is proving to have nice paceshe’s up for sale due to lack of time due to work commitmentsfor your consideration on behalf of my sister2hh 14yr irish sports horse geldinghe enjoys hacking and when done regularly will hack on his own nicelyhe has been to cricklands and trailblazers dressage championships were he was traveled and stabled away from home and behaved nicelyhe had suspensory surgery in january and has fully recovered from that and is back in full work
