My 9 year old jockey does everything with her on the groundshe is good to do on the ground - good to catch, trim, on walker, lead off another horse etciād like her to go to a home that will maintain ground rules as she is a bright mare who needs sensible boundaries, as do most ponies! she is reasonably priced and comes with tack and rugsshe really enjoys her work and has been absolutely foot perfect with my 9 year old, novice jockeygood to hack, great in traffic and leads off another horseshe has done pc and shown in previous homes3hh, 11 year old welsh section a mareshe is safe, relatively forward going out hacking but more kickalong in the school with a little jockeyshe can be a little opinionated at times but this is easily manageable

We found he can be strong on the ground if around grass, but we have done a bit of ground work with that and he has really improvedas our daughter is so nervous now weve decided we will start from scratch and go have riding lesson to build her up and go from there! and think it's unfair on eddie so better to pass him onto a very loving homeplease no time wasters and a 5* loving home only for this lovely boy2 palamino geldingwe have not owned eddie for very long and very sadly having to find him a new home due to my daughter having a bad experience in the past she is now quite nervous and we are trying to build her confidence back up, eddie is lovely and generally has been very steady but i think he is more suitable for a bit more advanced rider (my daughter has literally gone back to very basics) someone who just wants to go out hacking and have fun, he has been safe and steady while we have been out riding (me on foot) but feel he would be happier with a more active life style than we can currently offer due to work commitments, and as our daughter is nervous sometimes he trots abit fast for her liking and she panics if she can not pull him up straight away! (even while on the lead rein) he had a excitable side jump the other day and she popped off the side which has knocked her even more unfortunately and what makes me feel he would prefer the slightly faster rides to plodding on the lead rein, previous owners said he is not for an arena home but amazing out hacking and never put a hoof out of place, he has done xc and sj on grass and was told he is very safe in open spaces

Regrettably for sale very special gelding, selling as a project as he needs bringing on, he is very green under saddle and a sensitive soul who takes his confidence from his rider, on the ground he is an absolute sweetheart, manners second to none bonds very quickly on the ground, good to tie up, and groom, clip, farrier, travel and loads fine, stables, in at night atm turned out with 3 other geldings, gets on with everyonehis education started late aged 6 and he's had a bit of two and throwing the last 6 months, he needs time with a consistent rider, have ridden in arena more push than pull, hacked alone round village, ok with cars pushbike, people walking dogs, open spaces hacks in company, stops and looks and will try to reverse and turn round if you reassure him he will go forward, but you can feel he's not happy and on edge, he needs consistency with confident rider, i'm a mature rider and bought him as a second horse to just get on and go, i don't have the time to do him justice, no dealers!! no novices!! been as honest as i can as i want the right forever home for him which he deserves, happy to discuss further, and send pics and videos
