The whole bed is metal, including the base and so is very sturdyalthough i’ve had this bed frame a while now, it has only been used in my spare room so is still in good condition, just a bit of scratched paintwork on the base frame which you don’t see with bedding onit is the exact one as advertised online as ‘beatrice antique brass double bed frame’ selling for £300+ only selling as i’m replacing it with a smaller bed to make more roomapprox sizes: length 200cm, width 135cm, head end height 135cm, foot end height 107cm, standard double mattress fits the bedi’ve taken the bed apart, however one of the bolts has rounded off so the allen key size i have doesn’t fit and therefore this part of the bed is still attached together (does not affect the bed working or being sturdy, only affects taking it apart fully, but someone with the right tool may be able to take the bolt out) please message if you require any more informationbuyer to collect, will not hold - please make sure you have a vehicle big enough to transport as the head and foot end of the bed are solid pieces and can not be taken apart
