Sold from field year old ex racer finished racing last august due to stress fracture to his hock had 4 weeks box rest then 4 weeks on walker then was out 24/7 without a rug then 4 weeks out in day and in at night hes been barefoot since august with no problems and has lived out with me for the last 3 weeks hes used to living out with mare and geldings he needs one on one and needs groundwork and taught manners he likes to be the dominant one woth horses and owner but hes not getting his own way in my field he is a project and with time and effort he will make a lovely horse the trainer was going to put him back racing but owner wanted him not to race no more he needs an experienced owner that understands hes only still a baby and will try it on he hates been faffed with while eating he will put his ears back and try to nip apparantly hes a lovely boy to ride has no vices i have videos at his old trainers from 6 weeks ago i have videos from today of my 8 year old boy taking him for a walk down the lane x read more

Lovely 7 year old geldinghe’s on a working farm with machinery, sheep and cattle which doesn’t bother him lovely to handle on the ground, catch, shoe, box etcgentleman in the stableteeth and saddle checked augusthe needs someone with more experience and knowledge than mei haven’t had him long as he’s too sharp for me and napping with me as i dont have the skills and confidence to manage him but he was happily hacking out with the previous owners on roads and she did some schooling but he would benefit from more educationneeds a calm, confident ridertack available at extra cost read morelast raced two years agoworming and vacs up to date home more important than pricehe’s going to be great for someone but not for me as i’m just a happy hacker at heart
