Sheiva is a japanese akita x husky she is around 2 years old i recently got her as i thought she’d be a good companion with my girlfriends dog however she is gonna require a lot more training than i expected, her previous owners quite obviously neglected her as you can tell she has not been socialised with other animals nearly enough for her age she has the kindest heartshe is a very strong dog and requires a firm owner for on her lead her first set of vaccinations have been done but we have not yet been able to take her for boosters as it is emergency only, i rescued sheiva from a house in bradford a month ago as she was getting little to no love or affection in that house since then i have brought out who she truly is and is a sweetheart she loves people and children and loves attention although she is very docile and will happily just lie in her bed, the main thing that needs training with her is with other dogs and as i am going back to study soon and i also work i don’t think i’ll have the time to train her with dogs, she is fine with them and is not aggressive she is just really nervous around them and doesn’t know how to act so when she sees them coming towards her she gets very excited and jumps around this can be trained and if you have experience with big dogs or even akita’s before hand that would be a massive bonus a back garden would be necessary for her too and places nearby where she can really explore! feel free to contact me for more information, thankyou

Requirements must have a garden plenty of time for walks previous akita knowledge loads of toys please get in touch if you believe you have the forever home she needs read morefully up to date with all injections treatments walks fusses love food ice creams, she loves long walks cuddles on the sofa and for an akita when she wants too! she can play fetch i haven’t ever let her off the lead due the akita hunts nature they have and i’d rather her not run off and i’m not as fit as she is so i couldn’t catch her i can sit and talk all day about her she’s amazing but again all akita’s can be stubborn she gets on with her sister the other dog but with dogs out side of the house she can be very nervous she’s just had a season should she out of it the next few days, i shall be doing my checks before i pick anyone as she won’t just be left to go too anyonedue to no fault of her own and purely down to my own issues with a heavy heart i’ve got to re-home my beautiful loved 2 year old american akita if you’re looking at this bread i do hope you have done you’re research into this bread! they are far from easy but as so loving loyal and just amazing but when they want to get into you’re face for cuddles you have no personal space at allshe’s been brilliant we had from from a puppyshe really is like a daughter too me
