Dell precision t pc desktop customcondition is for parts or not workingthis is a working t however i'm listing as not working because it doesn't always turn on, i usually have to hold the power test on the psu before it turns on, otherwise everything else works fine as long as it stays oni've installed a ln nvidia gtx 670 and an xeon and it has 24gb of ram and comes with a hdd with an activated copy of windows 10i have replaced a bunch of capacitors but not all, it hasn't solved the issue everything is the same
