Would make a great winter projectproject boat 11ft orkney dory with four stroke 9both the hull and engine now require tlc and repair work9hp electric selva outboardplease note there is no trailer or battery so the boat will need to be trailered awaythe boat was refurbished by a local boat builder 4 years ago when used as a tender in salcombethe hull is sound but it has some cracks in the fibre glass and the rubbing strip needs to be replaced/re-fittedi can deliver within 50 miles (cost tbc)the engine was running and serviced when last used 2 years ago, will now only turn over and won's start so this will need some attentionnow no longer required

project caravan this needs a lot of tlc ideal renovation or for parts full project needs a lot of tlc or striped for parts electrics are disconnected needs water pump floor needs treating for sponge floor then new ply rear has had a ding where under a bed you can see a hole so it needs the chassis pulling back together needs patching around the door and a few spots in the van due to previous damp no key for water hook up so lock needs breaking then a new one no carpet heating needs replacing front window has been sealed due to having been lived in during a winter and stopping any form of breeze so may want to remove it all and clean up a rear window has a crack but it’s a middle layer so doesn’t actually affect the van is probably more to find but this is what we have found so far no idea if fridge etc work 7 pin plug needs changing as lights are intermittent when towing it’s all doable but we don’t have the time to do it collect just outside llanfyllin sold as seen read more
