I have a 7 year old welsh section a registered he is a project, i bought him as a kids pony but was missold him, ive had him for about 6 months, i started his injection he has one left to do which if i still have him then i will have it done, ive had his teeth done which he needed to be sedated for, the vet has also said he needs a lot of work, which i can not give him as i dont have the knowledge to do so he regularly has his feet trimmed which my farrier takes no messing he does lunge, and goes out on his own on the roadhe needs a knowledge home, he is no good with children read more

Green passport with the welsh pony and cob society, turned 11 end of last monthi bought george in february this year, hoping to have a project to event this season and sell on before winter, however with the current situationhe passed a 5 stage vetting when i bought him! since then i’ve worked on his flatwork, introduced poles/small jumps, been on outings to the beach/woods and worked him in open fieldsthis is his weaker area as really hadn’t done much schooling when i got himhas never bucked/reared/bolted with mein the school, he’s a forward going chap that loves to please, works in a natural outline but can be a little unbalanced/green in cantergood points- • fantastic with dogs • gets on with any horse • lives on fresh air • hacks alone or in company • your nan could lead him in/out bad points- • pulls faces if you’re too rough with his girth • loading into a trailer, he can be stubborn and stand for a few minutescompletely honest advert so please read in full! handsome 14this hasn’t been possible and now financially, i can’t afford to keep himpractice will solve this• he can be spooky when hacking, stop at a puddle/gap in the hedge etci truly believe george will make a fantastic event pony in the near future, he just needs to find his next partner in crime! however, i do not feel he’s ready to be a child’s pony, he still has a lot to learn in the schoolhe suits a confident/ experienced rider who can show him the ropes! up to date with vaccs, worming and teeththen lockdown happened, which i then took a step back riding wise, took his back shoes off, he’s being lunged every other day and plodding around the fields to keep him ticking overhe made fantastic progresshe’s good with all traffic, especially tractors! hunted previously

2hh, rising 6, welsh section di am selling gino from the field as a companion or potential project horsegino can be nervous when you first meet him but once you get to know him, he is such a loving horse who will follow you around the field and stand for scratches all daythis is a very sad sale as i love him very much but because of my injury i cannot give him the attention and care he deservesgino has been my best friend for the last year, we have done low level showjumping and lots of hacking and he has been fabhe would need a very experienced and confident rider who is willing to take the time to help him over come his anxieties when riddenthis fall has also resulted in gino becoming very nervous when ridden and so, unsuitable for the average equestrian homehowever at the start of this year we had an unlucky fall which resulted in me breaking my foot and being unable to ride for 7 months
