Some wear is evident as would be expected after 70 years service but overall is in good ordercarefully stored for the last 40 years, the machine was carefully greased before being put awaymade in , serial number s, this sewing machine was in regular use by my grandmother until the early sthe cover shows some small signs of age and is carved with a beautiful quilted effect patternall parts move smoothly as they should and i have no reason to believe it would not sew now
