I am selling this fantastic w temlett banjoit is 5 string closed back and is understood to be a fore runner design for the zither banjothe starting price is low for the quality of instrument on offer and gives someone the chance to own a quality vintage banjothe instrument has mother of pearl in laysgo to soundcloud for a short clip of the instrument being playedhowever, i am not expert by any meansthere is a small hole to the neck (see photograph) and some of the hoop screws are missing along with a poor substitute screwthe instrument was stringed circa 8 years agoapart from these, the finish is goodthe neck looks straightcom/doctordidge-1/w-temlett-banjo there is no casethere are some surface indentations which is to be expected for the age of the instrumentneck: 24 inchesthe instrument probably dates from onwards untilit has a gorgeous warm sound https://soundcloudoverall length: 34 inches overall diameter: 10 inches; skin 8 incheshowever it has never been played
