Sheryl Crow- The Globe Sessions, Tour Edition
What a great album. The Globe Sessions is excellent on so many levels. There are solid, guitar driven rockers such as Anything But Down, There Goes The Neighborhood, and My Favorite Mistake that are very well written and performed and I feel are among her best. She offsets these with achingly beautiful tracks like It Don't Hurt and The Difficult Kind. These are just MY favorites, but there are plenty more good songs on this disc. The Tour Edition adds Resuscitation(a non-album track)that is another good song. This track can also be found elsewhere with different lyrics and the title Straight To The Moon. Throw in a second disc with a handful of sweet acoustic tunes recorded live in Toronto and you've got a helluva nice piece of work from Sheryl Crow.What a great album. The Globe Sessions is excellent on so many levels.
