Void of ink, drivers and usb. Scuffed and marked. Spend more and buy new or read description carefully.
So product arrived and first thing I noticed was it looked like it had been taped up by a child so I knew it wasn’t new. Now, when I read the description back I saw to be fair it states it has been opened, may have blemishes and no ink. And guess what it has all three plus more, lucky me. Mark’s across the top, plug bashed, poorly packaged, literally only cable is a plug, ink removed from unit even though box says it comes with it so basically they must by refurbed/second hand printers, strip it down and sell it separately. Now I have to go and spend money on ink. No usb which is needed for set up so need to buy that. No driver so I have to faff around downloading that, probably selling the one from the box separately. Just feel like they have advertised a new beautiful car but when you get it you realise you have brought the shell and wheels and the engine has been removed. Spend the few pence more and just buy from someone who hasn’t stripped out the box. Doesn't take up too much room, so it was easy to find a place to put it near my laptop. I still haven;t worked out to print from my Tower computer.

Nice piece of kit but requires cartridges
This is a nice printer, its small and very tidy looking, easy to set up on the network and delivers fast clear prints my only complaint is that I had to source cartridges from elsewhere, luckily Argos saved the day but this added to the cost so the printer is not as cheap as it first appears.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

Please remember to buy with the set up ink cartridges
I bought this couple months ago and didn’t realise I was meant to keep the original ink cartridges as they were to set up if I ever changed over laptop. Big mistake and you can’t order on hp or anywhere. Even using new original hp 305 cartridges it won’t work so if you buy make sure you have the set up cartridges

Been hard to find out how to use printer. Information that came with it and the "smart' App tell how great the printer is and what they say it does. Does a decent enough job for what it's worth.

Can’t set up double sided printing
