Panasonic Lumix battery chargerDE-A83

We have a Lumix Panasonic battery charger for the Panasonic DMW-BMB9 rechargeable lithium-ion Battery which we have never used. It has the ref. nr. DE-A83 on the front, and ref. nr. DE-A83B on the back and is for the DMC-FZ70 amongst others, (mainly the F-series of cameras we believe, but please check exactly beforehand). It has 2 flat fold down pins suitable for the USA. Regret unable to demonstrate as we don't have a USA to English pin adaptor.
