This has of course been superseded by the S3100, so it was purchased at a very reasonable price. For that price you get a very easy to use point and press digital with zoom, and some other useful features. It produces in my opinion slightly over-exposed pictures, but performs quite well in low light (indoors). For the price (I paid £59.99) very good value, and I would recommend it.
The Nikon 3000 is an easy to use digital camera which fits neatly into a pocket or handbag. It’s pin sharp 5x lens bring subjects closer and takes around 200 shots on a single charge.
