Battery life
I love this laptop, some great features, the only downside to it, that it had taking almost 12 hours to charge up, and only lasted over just 3 hours, so now I just leave it plugged into the power. Other than that, the product was well worth the money, very pleased with it. A great laptop for a really good price.
The laptop arrived really quickly and it's lovely looking. We found it really hard to set up, we couldn't get anything up,for example You tube, any apps. I then bought Norton Security and apps started working and we thought that would be it, but we still can't get Netflix working. But if you are good with computers you will proberbly be fine with it.
