I was fairly happy with this device performance and condition wise, but was extremely disappointed with the battery life between charges. It's hard to estimate how much life there is, but given the 'up to 45 hours' I read in reviews of the device new & the seller's reckoning that battery life was 25 hours, the 10 hours or so that I've been getting (with careful steps taken to switch off or reduce the most battery draining features) does not set me in good stead for the years of use I was hoping for. I am hoping that a new battery can be installed.

Pathetic Starter Guide. Full manual for download is 63 pages and still doesn't explain why this player will not pair with my B&O Bluetooth headphones. Will not transfer mp3 files from my windows 10 pc onto a micro sd card. Pathetic 16gb internal memory and nearly half the memory is taken up by apps you can't remove (this device is more like a miniature android tablet than an mp3 player). I really could go on. For 2 weeks I have tried to get this device to be what it says it's meant to be. It's overly full of "stuff" that is completely un-necessary. If you have £199.00 to waste then go ahead. I wouldn't bother if I were you. I'm sending it back for a refund.! ps Come back my faithful Fire 7" tablet. It was a better mp3 player than this device once I had waited 10 minutes for my music collection to boot up.Read full review

This walkman has great quality sound and features but the main let down is the small internal mem and battery life, so expect it to be charging along side your phone. Android is a great addition to this but make sure you get an sd card.
