Cut hose
I received this order a few days ago. Attempted to assemble it on Friday with high expectations. First off, all of the hardware was in the box loose; fortunately, only one bolt is missing for the heat shield on top. Second discovery was that the gas hose was cut most of the way through due to the way it was re-packed. Since these heaters are scarce right now, I am hoping I can get a replacement hose made fairly easily. This must have been a return and re-sold.
