Wow!
The headphones are exceptional. They have a plethora of functions which adds to the situations in which they can be used. They stay in when running, and the sound quality is amazing. My favourite feature is that the headphones will automatically pause when you take one out of your ear. Which means you can easily take one out to hear what someone is saying, without having to fumble around with volume or try to find the pause button. Very poor sound with music.
Firstly, the charging is bizarre. The case lid has to be closed and the only way to see the charge level of the buds is to open the case! They fit quite well in my ears using the tips as fitted. They do remain in place but the sound quality with music - oh dear, not good at all. Bass, where's that? These might be o.k. using for phone calls but music, no. What's with the awful U.S. voice too? she is very annoying. I don't know how much these cost when first released but at the £50 I paid they aren't even worth that. There are far superior buds available at less than that. Save your money and buy something better (and cheaper) for music listening. Great ear buds, comfortable fit and brilliant sound
Brilliant sound once you find the right ear tip, experiment with the three sizes supplied. Originally knocked a star off as the Sound+ app wasn't working but that has been fixed so back up to 5 stars. The buds sound great anyway but the app allows you to adjust the sound through the equaliser and set up different "moments" which are presets for different scenarios such as commuting or general listening which can be switched quickly with a single tap.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Great Sound
Excellent sound, all external sound blocked off, works well with the Jabra app, good graphic equaliser. Only slight problem and the reason I haven't given them 5 starts, with both the medium and large eartips they are prone to falling out. One of them has fallen out at least once in every gym session. Frustrating
The earphones look and feel nice but I’m having lots of issues trying to pair them with two phones (one when I’m drumming and my day to day phone).
