I bought it because of its small size, making it easy to carry around on holiday. To be honest once the images were transfered onto the TV, I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of both picture and sound. So if you just want an acceptable record of your holiday without carrying excessive weight around, then dont overlook this handy little camcorder.
