As yet this is unopened so therefore not used! I bought it for my grandsons birthday in July....I know its early, but since covid 19, things have been taking a lot longer to arrive most times. Got it for myself for Christmas since I was dying to play Pokémon. It came securely packaged, really fast. If you ever had nintendo 3ds XL, switch is way bigger. Having had a playstation for years, and not owning a nintendo console since the days of snes, I’m actually very impressed at how intuitive this console is.
