I bought this cd years ago but it was stolen with others from our car! It was the first I thought to replace, the music it truly inspiring. A good balance of modern music set to native American chants. If you like to relax to soothing music then this is the one for you.

Sacred Spirit was a part of the 1990s chill out music scene, as I remember seeing the CD everywhere. However, I have only recently purchased the CD, and I have mostly enjoyed it. I would have liked to have heard more authentic Native American singing and music, but overall the CD works for what it is. The stand out track is Yeha Noha, and this track appears in nearly every ambient music compilation there is, and so has certainly stood the test of time. It is mostly pleasing and relaxing music for thinking, meditating and simply being. Some folk may sniff at The Fearsome Brave, but the CD highlights the work of Survival International, the rights of native people everywhere, surely no bad thing.
