Delivery was a bit longer than usual. CD was excellent both Sound & condition. CD case centre hole was smashed with little bits of the plastic all over the place. This has been happening for a while now, with one, two or three pieces broken off. But every one!!!! The packing needs to be more robust. And yes I have spoken to Royal Mail .
