This product is fairly inexpensive and simple to use and may well be ideal for some people. Unfortunately I did not find it worked for me! I am sure I have some ear wax but it did not remove it. Have combined it with unbiquinol coq10 & definitely feel a difference in the mornings but still feeling tiredness by late afternoon. Have to take tablet under tongue early in morning to give it time to dissolve which is a bit of a bind. But worth a try
