Another instalment of Professor Layton with his trusty sidekick Luke. Guide them through the streets of London solving puzzles galore and completing games. This is another game to test how clever you are or how twisted you can think. Unlike other DS games the Professor Layton series are an excellent way to exercise your mind on the move or on holiday (ideal for flights). This is a good follow on from the first 2 Laytons' whilst similar in movement and gameplay it varies in the type of puzzle it uses slightly with another outrageous plotline to keep you gripped.
As ever, there's an incredibly diverse array of challenges on offer, though there's a definite emphasis toward the latter this time, especially in the early stages, and the whole things feels just a touch trickier than before. Again too, correct solutions are rewarded with Picarats, the total amount steadily reducing with every wrong answer and these are used to purchase new goodies in the Bonus area.
Bought this game for a great price on ebay, had played two of the other professor Layton games and this was a match to them Lost Future has the storyline (as bizzare as it is!)lots of puzzles to keep your atention. The game is suitable for an array of age ranges some of the puzzles a little difficult for younger ones but (speaking for myself!) the oldies kept busy and amused. Really enjoyed it, if your into puzzles this is an excellent game although I must say much the same as others in the series, but I liked those too!
Keeps u on ur toes, stuck on the last clue on the first level, now a 7+ yr old is ment to do this game b beyond me.
