We purchased this phone for its volume features. It has a slider that increases the receiver volume, so that it can be adjusted to suit the hearing loss of the user. It also has a button. Good sound, but 9 pre - sets don't work.
Both my phone's, from different suppliers arrived clean, unblemished and in very good condition. They were both 2 Nd hand, neither came with instructions, although I found the details of operation on the internet easy to follow! That was the start of the trouble! Neither phone allows you to program in the 9 off memory pre- sets, the instructions from the internet are straightforward to follow but I cannot recommend this product.
