just what I needed
great phone, yeh it`s large,but usable without my glasses. Shame windows is stopping apps now, but there are still plenty about, more than I want as I`m not tech mad or a "must have" person. Same to use as my pc so easy for a 55yr old to manage. Have had an android tablet and didn`t like the system so didn`t choose that type of phone. 1520 lumia phone review
I have been using nokia phones exclusively for over 20 years and this has to be the premium phone I have ever used. If your familiar with windows applications this phone is a MUST have. Its super fast and very easy to use. The screen is amazing and effortless to use. Its capability to record in ultra high def is a fantastic added bonus. All though there are a limited number of apps available its still my top choice for a nokia phone. This phone is also great for syncing all your devices to the one phone. This is one fantastic phone and people may disagree but if your a Microsoft customer its the dogs do da's. I could go on more but I think I have made my point. great phone
when this phone released in 2013 it was nearly £500 but i got it on here in 2016 for £140 with a tone of goodies wireless pad with mains adapter and plug boxed new condition micro usb charger to 3 pin usb cable earphones sim removel tool phone itself 4 cases one flip case 1 silver case 1 black case 1 wooden plastic case and the original mauals for the phone and charger this was an amazing bargain for £140 hard to find good deals like this on ebay. the phone was in new condition no marks on it at all. the phone is much better than the 950 and the 950 xl the 1520 handles windows 10 much better compared to the 950 xl which is nearly £400. the only two things missing from the 1520 is the usb C charger but if you use a good 2AMP mains adapter you can get it from 0% to 99% in two hours then to 100% in 30 more minutes. the other thing missing is the windows hello feature. the only other problem with this phone is it gets warm when playing games such as gta and asphalt 8 but thats because it has a 2.2ghz processer which is as fast as most £200 laptops. if you can get this amazing phone for under £200 i would go for it. its still amazing in 2016Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

to me, the best phone.
Like most I started with a Nokia mobile phone and gradually moved up when new models appeared, when I could afford to, For the last three years I have had 'another model ',nothing wrong with it but it did not feel right, Then I decided to get another phone after my contract finished but this time I bought one and have sim only contract, I bought from eBay the Nokia 1520, not new but just as good as, and was NOT disappointed, its six insh screen meets my need's at last I can see things better i am 75 so a 4 or5' screen was not an option for me, the1520 does every thing I need, I dont know about files and things ,I just know the phone I now have full fills my needs, its the best phone I have ever had nd when, if ever I need to upgrade,it will be a Nokia smart phone, the screen is great, the colours are great, and as its on windows 10, for me that makes it even better, love the phone, love Nokia, the battery is good, screen is good, the apps I need are there are good, the volume is better than most, the Nokia 1520 is so far the best one I have ever had and will stop with someone I know and trust, no silly prices , most smart phones have all most every thing on them but how meany use all the apps and settings ,not many am shure ,at the end of the day ,a phrase I hate, Nokia is the best.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

superb phone, shame about microsoft 10 gliches.
Love this Lumia 1520. Second one i have had. Unfortunately, windows mobile 10 upgrade from windows 8.1 which this phone originaly had, has brought a pile of bugs, which results in the phone doing its own thing quite often, not good. Thinking of going back to 8.1, which is a shame, as i like windows 10. But this is microsoft's fault and is no reflection on this phone . Cant belive how long my battery last on such a big piece of kit. Did try a Samsung 9, on android, after 2 days i sent it back, its performace was not a patch on this Nokia.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
