I've already had one of these for a year or so and my wife wanted to dip her toe into the smartphone world, so we bought another Huawei Y330 to keep it simple. I'm not an expert either, but we got it up and running quite easily. Not having had any other smartphone, I don't know what's 'bad' about it; seems to me it's all a trade-off. You want a bigger screen? It'll be a lot heavier. You want more features? It'll use more battery. Even if you play games on this one it only needs charging every 3 days or so, which I understand is pretty good. Coupled with a very cheap EE contract (we've been with Orange on PAYG for donkey's), this £55 phone is a bargain. Good service from seller, too - thank you!

Super phone. This one I keep in my car for SOS situations. I also have its twin as use as an everyday phone. Super little phone.
