I had an old Panasonic multi handset and it was showing its age. 2011. Also call blocking was reactive i.e. you had to take the call to block it. The BT quad set looked to be the best choice so I took the plunge. Initial set up was easy once I ignored the 18 hour charge before using the set. Phone book transfer took an hour or two, as expected, which was really a 2 person job-one to call out the old book and the other to add it to the new phones. The good thing was that all the numbers were added to all handsets. After that it was a bit complicated to program the settings. If you realise that the phone and answer phone are separately set e.g. number of rings before going to answerphone is an answerphone function not a phone function, it is clearer. The phones have blocked several unwanted callers The handset volume could be a bit louder but it might be me. I am pleased with my purchase Read full review

The phones need to function over quite a long distance in our house, and these seem to be better than our old Panasonic at maintaining the signal. The sound quality is perhaps a bit tinny, but otherwise we are happy with our choice.

Very easy to set up and each phone syncs with each other so only have to put addresses in once. Haven’t tried internal or conference calls yet but it looks easy enough. Instructions are comprehensive, once you have gotten into them
