When riding these bearings, one push takes you a long way and they are almost inaudible (no "skateboard sound"). They come pre-lubricated with Speed Cream so there's no need to "break them in". They also come with a Bones sticker and instructions on how to clean/take care of your bearings. They most definitely ARE genuine Bones bearings. The price is the best I've seen so far. The best you can buy without paying double for some spenny bearings that perform slightly better than standard bones. I’ve always ran reds and had a go on mates boards who have invested more in bearings and couldn’t feel much of a difference. I think unless your a pro the standard reds are the best to go with.

They are a definate improvement from the out-the-box bearings that came with my roller skates, but one of my bearings (1 out of 16) was too tight to fit on the axle and didn't match the others so now i have two incomplete sets of bearings instead of a new set and a backup set.
