Aeropex Highly Recommended
I have used AfterShokz Titanium before and some other cheaper brands but these Aeropex are a step up from other models and brands. They are easy to set up, sit comfortably around the ears and the band going around the back of the head/neck sits more snuggly and does not catch the collar of clothing, as happened with cheaper brands. The sound quality is superb for open ear headphones and I would highly recommend these to anyone looking for bone conduction headphones.

Aftershokz do what you want shock
Useful headphones in that I can walk about the garden, cycle or just be in a room with other people and be able to hear music and conversation and cars coming at the same time as long as the volume isn't too high. We are not talking HiFi hear but perfectly acceptable reproduction. Suits me just fine.
