For a big company that's on t.v I am truely disgusted. First they send me a USA Xbox not UK and then I find the wires for tv and pad don't work. My son was so upset Christmas day. I had to go buy new pad and lead boxing day. When I finally get a reply they say just send it back, I messaged to ask what will be done as my son is upset and how long it will take to get another and fix problem and I'm ignored.
