AKASO EK7000 pro
Great little camera. At 1080p 60fps the EIS is acceptable, not as good as the more expensive cameras on the market but this one is not far off £300 cheaper. It is a bit more awkward to set it to record video while on the move, you need to press two buttons instead of one on like on the GoPros, but that is the only niggle I have. Once you get into the habit and remember this it isn’t really an issue. I use it to record my cycle rides and when necessary submit footage to the police so they can educate other road users, the image quality is more than acceptable for this.
