Great replacement for an old iPhone
Bought to replace an iPhone 4S. The Galaxy S7 Edge is so much of an improvement. Its fast and has some great features; Wireless (fast) charging, health monitor, wireless calling - for when there's no mobile signal, and it is so easy to add music and files straight from your PC. No messing around with the awful iTunes! And I like the way notifications are displayed on the 'edge' of the screen. Having issues with my iPhone which was why I bought this for replacement. I have not had time to run to the store to check if the product has issues since I work/study 80+ hours a week. Product arrived fine but battery heats up a lot and I have not used since the first two days I tested the product. Not sure if it’s faulty. The battery heats up a lot and at one point I was afraid it’d overheat. Did not charge or use it after that. It’s been sitting in the box since until I can find time to take it to Samsung to ask for warranty help of some sort. I tested the functionality in 2 days and everything was working like a normal phone except for the overheating issue. Left it uncharged and battery lasted 2 days. Can’t say anything else about it since I have not properly used it. In terms of overall use, I still prefer the iPhone. Samsung is probably for people who prefer pretty wallpapers and stuff like that over actual function. I find the iPhone to be much smoother, less lag and I definitely have never had my iPhone heat up whether from usage or charging. I’ve owned both androids and Apple over the years and I still prefer Apple. Mobile phones have come a long way and the S7 is now so simple to use that I had no issues going from an Apple to the Samsung. Why change, well getting on in years and needed a bigger screen with bigger fonts without having to use reading glasses and wanted someone that could have its memory expanded to watch videos on those long train journeys at night. The screen picture quality is fantastic. Really please with the purchase and definitely feel I have made the right choice. Got the gold and looks great. I really cannot fault the phone and what is impressive is the speed that operates at. There are no lengthy pause/delays even on the internet or streaming. Awesome, compact and fantastic quality machine
This phone is straightforward to use and is very good quality. The battery lasts a decent length of time between charges. The sensor and camera on this phone are amazing. I have taken excellent quality photos in all lighting conditions. Using pro mode you can adjust the shutter speed, you can take pictures of moon, stars and anything in the night sky. Phone is fairly compact and i always carry one with me, i never miss a shot. Having this phone means that i never need to upgrade in the future as it does everything i want and a lot more besides. The only slight criticism is i wish that the battery was removable, having said that it is not dear to have a new one fitted when the time comes. Make sure that the phone is protected with a good case and screen protector and that way it will last a lot longer. I have really enjoyed using this phone and have taken thousands of photos with it and it has been a joy to use. Best phone about and nothing has come close since
The S7 edge is a great hand set the screen size is perfect wouldn't want it bigger or smaller, I've owned a S7 edge for the last two years and now it's time to upgrade so I got the S9 considere it to small and sent it back the S9+ on the other hand is for too big and long, plus Samsung think it's a good idea to put the fingerprint sensor on the back of the phone and I think that's a terrible idea, so I've gone out and bought another S7 edge you can't improve on perfection!Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

Great priced Samsung galaxy s7 edge
This was a manager's special from Argos. £350 for an excellent condition phone with the specs this has is hard to find. Didn't have all the extras in the box but that didn't matter. This phone had the best screen I've seen. Fast processor and great battery life. This makes my old LG G3 look so dated. Taking time to get around all the features that this has & getting used to how to set things up but only to be expected with such a leap forward in tech for me!
