The printer is very difficult to set up. At the start I wanted to return it. It took me 3 days to get it going but once it started it became very satisfying and the printed pictures are lovely.

Why would anyone submit to having to continually buy ink cartridges? Refilling makes this likely to be one of the most cost effective and environmentally friendly printers on the market. The initial outlay may seem unattractive but it soon pays for itself if you would expect to pay 15+ ink cartridges over the life of your printer. Shame it doesn't have a larger paper tray but the print quality, speed and price still make it an absolute no-brainer option.

Set up relativly easy. Inks supplied for all colours (70ml) and two bottles of black ink (125ml) so plenty to get you set up and running. Well packed in its box.

Looks good and inks are really easy to install but I've not been able to connect it via wifi. I have a very good WiFi signal with Virgin media and it's as if the printer doesn't exist. The app picks up all of my neighbours printers but not the canon.
