Going on Holiday to a want to a phone locally and cheaply - you could do better - just Grab cheap but very useful and functional little 3g - unlocked phone for less than a tenner and have it delivered 2 days early - so you have no stress get it charged and in your hand luggage - your on way.

Wanted to get a simple phone for my son to use. The phone itself is fine but unfortunately it comes fitted with such pathetically silly ring tones that he refuses ti use it. Quite frankly I don't blame him, I would be embarrassed to use it myself. I don't know what the guys at Alcatel were thinking. There is not even a vibrate facility so you can use it on silent. Waste of money. For this reason I will only give it a one star rating.
