Vintage Balance/Scales By Reverifications Ltd

A Vintage Balance or Scales by Reverifications Ltd.
It has Modernist & Sculptural type Qualities with it being made on a brushed metal. It may be stainless steel.
The base looks like Formica & is a little dusty.
Considering its likely age, it looks to be in good condition.
Approx 15" tall. The base is 16 1/4" x 6".
There is also a metal funnel which was resting on the handle when i purchased it. I'm not sure if it is supposed to be part of the scales. I don't believe it is.
