Vintage/Antique Brass Fly Fishing Reel

It may be Vintage but i think it's Antique. It's made of Brass & i'm guessing it's for Fly Fishing.

It's 2” in diameter & has a nice horn handle.

When rotated, it makes a nice ratchet sound in both directions.

Some of the varnish type lacquer has worn off in expected use.

I can't see a maker mark, stamp or name but it does look to be a nice quality reel.
