Good Quality
Pros: Great as a second TV. Picture and sound quality are good. There are enough USB and HDMI slots. Remote is fairly straight forward to use. Cons: Fixed Apps, you can't add to or remove them. Navigating with remote is a pain as the left/right/up/down buttons are close to others and you end up pressing the wrong button. Internet is slow even when connected via cable to router. Overall its good enough for the spare room but disappointingly its features are on a par with my 8 year old Hitachi TV. Much to offer little delivered.

The television is refurbished to grade C. It works very well. It seems like a new tv. The model is 2017. Sony have a newer model on the market now but its twice the price so as there wasnt a huge difference in the Specifications i got the older model. Great picture ,slick design.
