I have yet to see how far this camcorder can go, but a test run at a public meeting shows promise of great things to come. Many such cameras are good outdoors but contending with low light indoors is another matter. I needed something to be of good enough quality for transferring to YouTube etc. I did not have an external microphone but playback of speakers at. a distance from the camera appears good. This is extremely compact and lightweight. One feature that I thought would be a gimmick is the inclusion of a projector. When you think of the need to jump around bulky and expensive equipment this comes as a very useful tool. I am looking forward to surprising friends and colleagues who were unable to attend the meeting with some tempting views of what they missed!
