The fire stick was very easy to set up and is straightforward to operate. I was a bit worried about my Three mi-fi connection as my chromebook is frequently dropping out from the network connection, but the TV (as my fire tablet) has no problems. The only slightly annoying thing I have found so far is that the stick seems to frequently "lose my place" when I want to resume watching a drama series. Poor quality
I was expecting the amazon fire stick to be easy to use and allow me to control the volume and turn the TV on and off. However, the set up was so confusing and didn't recongsie the TV. I have been told many times to invest in one. So while we have this lockdown and tv not been so good i followed advice and got one had a friend pre load it. I found it easy to use and im happy with it to be honest im happy i did least now i have something i can watch and also my son can use it to watch his wwe network on the tv rather than on laptop. The firestick is very easy and quick to set up and using it manually it seems more responsive than my previous model. Using the Alexa feature you can ask for specific films or artists or broad genres eg "comedy" and the firestick works amazingly quickly.
