For this product, it is value for money. It is what it is, a cheap foam rubber pad with a textured fabric finish to the top side. I use it with my laptop, and an external mouse. The "pad" gets used in rough conditions and is holding up so far. It is not "pretty" or even "nice". It is what it is...a mouse mat.

Great item does the job, much better than some I have bought in local shops and great value for money would buy one again. It's non slip, the mouse responds great on it and the thick 5 mm is super not like other which have been 3 and 2 mm. Thanks Derek

High quality? Yes, it's great for £1.78. And yes, it would slide over the desk and the corners would curl up if I didn't use a piece of double sided adhesive tape on each corner. My cursor actually does what the mouse wants it to now. Win win with this product.

It needs to be non-slip. As such, on my desk at least, I have to hold on to it with my left hand while I'm using it. Not a great idea. I need both hands for typing.
