We hadn't realised just how much TVs had improved since our last purchase. The size and picture quality are fantastic, much more depth and range of colour, plus so much sharper in HD. Catch up on Freeview play is brilliant, too. No more forgetting to record things, and then watching a poor-quality replay. It was easy to set up with the instructions, even for me. Just one important point was that the auto tune only selects the standard broadcast, not the HD versions, so we were slightly disappointed with the initial sharpness. Our son-in-law soon sorted that by finding the HD programme numbers and swapping them in moments. Planet Earth is mind-blowing now in HD. We love our new TV experience. We will have to subscribe to a 4K channel next!

I researched this LED TV and many others in the same category before making a decision. It's also a risk, when buying refurbished equipment, that you might end up with a Lemon! - especially since it may not be possible to view it working. The vast majority of owner reviews conclude that this is a top quality, well made, high specification product. I wholeheartedly agree. It is intuitively easy to set up and operate and presents beautiful displays across the spectrum of Single, High and Ultra High Definition. The sound quality is more than adequate for most situations but is enhanced by adding a sound bar or similar. I am an honorary member of the Grumpy Old Men association, but this Panasonic has left me with very little to crticise. A bargain!

Excellent picture quality, sound is average, easy to use and lots of setting if your like me and wants to fiddle. Set up was quick and easy , comes with BBC iPlayer, ITV hub etc pre installed. General look pleasing to the eye , remote control a bit dated . On the whole , I think you will be impressed, a little more expensive than similar brands, but worth the investment
