In the past I have built my own pond either with liner or brick. As I am no longer capable of heavy work I found the effort needed to dig a hole big enough for this pond shell just about right so now having filled it stocked it with plants and fish I am well pleased.

I bought this pond line because it was the cheapest of that size that I could find. I noticed that the freepost, understandably, took a while so I chose to pay for next day delivery and was amazed to find that was going to cost me so little more. The line was delivered in the time window specified in a preceding text and it took me a matter of an hour or so to remodel the hole I had dug to fit the liner and complete my pond.

This pond has a lovely shape and it fits well in a small garden the different levels are ideal for plants. It was thinner than expected but once in position it makes no difference.

This is an inexpensive easily installed pond liner. As it is cheap, don’t expect tiptop quality but it is more than serviceable and easy to install. One tip - when packing in sand around the edges, make sure the sand doesn’t end up pushing the pond in too much ie place something weighty on the edges to stop that happening. This is just because the liner is very flexible. Other than that, we’re pleased with our little pond.

Just the right size for what I wanted. I take it the Courier did not look after it too well as it came in a very battered box and the pond was distorted, but easily bent back into place.
