I bought this Nehalem used when my MacBook Pro laptop gave up the ghost after only four years. I needed an Intel based machine, and can now do without portability. Fortunately I had a screen I could use from another Mac, otherwise it may have been a different story. The machine is absolutely blazing fast. Works like a dream, and frankly, after some months usage, is the best Mac I have ever owned. It takes half the time to boot up, and handles my Photoshop, Bridge, InDesign, Word and Dragon Dictate programmes together with consumate ease. I bought this used from Scrumpy Macs and cannot fault them. I am a very happy bunny, well pleased with my decision, and look forward to using this machine for a good while to come, as I can easily upgrade and add to it.
