Unfortunately the delivery guy left it outside , as per the pictures attached "as a proof" so therefore I am sure someone just picked it up thinking it's something more valuable , so now I am not sure of how to proceed as I did not get my item that I paid for and royal mail has terrible customer service .

factory or production people made it bad...
Good design and materials, but very poor quality production - bubbles on rubber, not enough/to much glue. If the factory would do properly the job, then the bat would be exactly as described - high accuracy, low speed. Ideal for practice. Unfortunately, because of the bad production quality, I would not recommend it to anyone :(
