As an introduction to yoga for beginners could be useful (but beginners do not start with pranayama) On the other hand when the book deals with pranayama, at long last, you get lost with so many unnecessary stages and repetition. My impression is that the book have been written with a commercial aim in mind and they need to feel 300 pages when, at most, 150 clear pages would have been enough.
