Cheap and cheerful
We purchased 3 of these for a new office for the soul purpose of basic office computing tasks and so far we've been extremely pleased with the systems. They aren't that powerful so don't expect to be playing many games on them but they have more than enough grunt to run office applications and dual screens smoothly. The most demanding tasks we do on them is heavy web browsing via Chrome which can be quite taxing and I'm pleased to report these machines handle it easily. Build quality wise they're actually pretty good with the exception perhaps of the DVD drive which is a little bit fragile but this is a minor gripe as optical media is rarely used anymore. The base unit is compact and light and blissfully silent - there is no power supply fan or CPU cooler fan (it uses passive cooling). The only noise from the unit is the HDD. Upgrading is simple with easy access to the PC internals but there is limited upgradability. Peripherals are decent but not spectacular - the keyboard and mouse are comfortable and fit for purpose. The cables are a little short but not overly. The screen, a 24" panel, is surprisingly pleasing for the price. Connected via HDMI the HD picture quality is good and most importantly the text is clear reducing eye strain. Even running two screens, the other via DVI, the PC copes well with no noticeable loss of quality between the two connections. Thankfully the PC's are light on bloatware with very little to remove straight out the box. The most irritating preloaded software is McAfee which was removed before deployment. Buyers should be told before buying computer, it requires a continental adaptor. annoying to have to go to a shop to buy said item when you have unpacked your computer.
