Sound and comfort.
The sound on these headphones are not as clear as the previous headphones I had , These were of French manufacture which I purchased some 10 years ago at a discounted price, from a higher price than the ones I have now. My previous head phones were adjustable for the width of head. These headphones do not seem to have this feature. Sound quality was amazing and all i had to do was plug them in and switch them on.They covered my ears and that's no easy task believe me and the sound quality was as i expected exceptional,I also liked they way they feel on they don't feel clumpy or heavy with the added bonus of being able to walk across the room without worrying about wires. OK that's what i liked about them,What i don't like is that there is no way of knowing when it is pairing with the base unit i push the button and No audible sound like a beep or flashing light to tell me that it has received request and is pairing and to wait. so i ended up pushing it a couple of times to make sure then it would just start working so OK guess it worked. But by far my biggest worry is that they keep losing connection so sound would just stop it made no difference if i pushed the pair button or changed the channel from 1,2 or 3 on the switch at the back of the base unit they would just start working again no warning just a hiss then clear sound again and i have tried changing the battery for a set of new rechargeable ones but alas to no avail. I am looking into it online but unless i am being an idiot and doing something wrong i am going to end up going back to a wired headphones until i can resolve the issue.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

Nearly perfect headphones
I’ve used this model of headphone for the last 15 years. I use them everyday and wear them to sleep. They do get a bit battered, and I’ve had to replace them six times. These would have been perfect if the batteries had been included(I think the seller forgot) but no worries I just got them out of my old set before I chucked them out. I live in a block of flats, so these were overdue when a neighbour had a baby.
Headphones were easy to set up, although maybe confusing for an older person. They are comfortable, however after 2-3 hours of use can get slightly sore on the ears and head. Ears and ear pads can get quite sweaty. The sound is very good, not a great difference from a wired headset. The louder the volume the more you will hear the background hiss. I don't find the surround function to be of use for myself, it seems to dull the sound. I have the base unit connected to a Denon amp/tuner, I can hear the tv/radio all through the house with only the odd bit of interference. The unit I purchased didn't include a phono to RCA cable which it was supposed to, using the headphone socket works just as good for me but won't have the desired effect on some set ups. Overall a great product. I chose Panasonic as I have the same headphones in wired form. I don't believe you need to spend £200 on headphones.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

Ideal for the active listener...
I have used this model for many years and, since each transmitter is dedicated to a single sound source, I recently decided to change to the same model for all of my sources; computer, radio, lounge TV, bedroom TV etc. This allows me to listen on the move, even in the garden. Wireless Headphones
This was a refurb, but it is actually like new, and represents a great bargain for anyone wanting some wireless headphones to listen to the tv or stereo system. Wireless no-go
I couldn't get hardly any volume out of the headphones. Product was supposedly a refurbished item, but I think it was simply a returned item, due to its usage, wear and lack of decent re-packaging. Small, plastic and tacky
Just arrived, unpacked it and throwing in the bin. All cheap plastic, so much that when on your head, if you touch the plastic, you hear a plastic hollow sound echo through the earphones. The size of the headset so struggle to fit a child. And the cheap plastic you feel will snap as you have to forcible widen them to get them in your head. Very cheap and nasty. Great VFM headset
Great sound quality. Light weight & comfortable. Some creaking from plastic hinges but not a big issue unless you're moving you're head around while watching. Ppl have complained they hiss. That's pilot error. You have to turn the headphone volume up very high on TV control then use a lower volume setting on headphone's volume control.
