Mats should be bigger
The size of the mats should be bigger because all the juices from the meats run on to mat then drains on the inside of the bbq also the perforated holes in the mat could be with being slightly bigger to allow the juices to drop through to help keep the coal burning. Non stick oven and barbarous sheets

Easy to use
It worked as designed but with a coal bbq just make sure your coals are hot..so next to do it at the start of the bbq as later the coals are not as good. As there is no fat dripping from your own bbq it mean your coals might not be as hot as you like. Just my advice . No lost food!
Brillant price of kit! It really works. No lost food and it still tastes BBQ’y! Only one slight drawback, when cooking salmon the fat stayed on the mat. So almost frying! But apart from that.. great. Thank you.
